Laura Jeanne- British Equine Artist as Featured on Channel 4!
From very early days, Hertfordshire based Laura Jeanne showed an enormous talent for art, she started winning big Art Competitions from the tender age of 4 when her illustrations were used for a brochure for the Children's Ward in the QEII Hospital, Hertfordshire. Her drawings also embellished the cover of her local playgroup in her hometown of St Albans. By the age of 12 she had won her family a trip of a lifetime to The Bahamas, designing a poster to save Coral Reefs with ' Dive Magazine', herself a top of the range iMac computer for designing a Kellogg's Rice Crispies cereal packet, and countless other smaller prizes in various Art Competitions, not to mention 3 coveted Blue Peter Badges & prizes!
Laura attained A*'s for GCSE & AS Level Art, and a straight A for A Level Art. She then went on to complete an Art Foundation Course at the University of Hertfordshire, before embarking on a BA(Hons) Degree in Fashion Design. She has continued to design clothes with a special interest in stage costumes, and many of her outfits have graced some of London's most prestigious stages.
Laura's latest work; some life size, one of a kind hand painted horse statues, have already been on display in Cobb Studios, Camden along with an eclectic range of her work. This then led to some of her Art also being displayed at the House of Nobility in Stockholm, Sweden and The Liverpool International Horse Show at the Echo Arena. Laura Jeanne has since Featured on a Channel 4’s Program, ‘Posh Pawn’ with her life size painted horses. Laura Jeanne has also recently had the honour & privilege of collaborating with Rocking Horse Makers to Her Majesty The Queen, the ‘Stevenson Brothers’ to create hand painted one of a kind special pieces with them. Together, they exhibited their first collaboration, ‘Four Seasons Secret Garden’ at Chelsea Flower Show 2019 & the one of a kind piece is already sold. Watch this space…

These can be made suitable for either inside or outside display & can be painted to resemble your own horse (I can work from your photos) Or, you can have something completely unique painted onto them including a beautiful Marble effect, flowers, or whatever your heart desires! Music & Fashion
For any new up and coming Artist it can be a tough journey, but for Singer, Songwriter & Fashion Designer Laura Jeanne (pronounced "Jean"), this has been a rather speedy trip. Over the past few years she has seen her talents rewarded by songs being published by EMI/Sony ATV, being Sponsored by global brand beer company Budweiser, and featured on a US TV Show on the ABC Network, and you can bet there will be plenty more to come!
And if that’s not already enough to wet your appetite, she not only writes and performs all of her own original music, she also has a BA (Hons) Degree in Fashion Design and creates and wears all her own unique performance outfits – an eclectic mix of feminine military-inspired garments.
Laura has quietly been causing a stir where ever she plays on the live music scene, having already accepted invitations to perform at the Isle of Wight Festival, and iconic venues such as the world famous Savoy Hotel, supporting The Overtones, and The famous Cavern Club in Liverpool (home of the Beatles).
Her engaging performances have seen her play some of London's top venues, including The Hard Rock Cafe, Cafe De Paris, China White and The Troubadour, where she was described as being ‘ in every way destined for the shining lights of stardom, we promise!’.
It is Laura Jeanne's well-crafted songwriting, with feminine vocals and highly developed aesthetic in all of her Music Videos which creates a serene beautiful theme throughout the visual and her music.
Her latest Single ‘English Rose’ is now available throughout the World on Apple Music, iTunes and other online stores, and is supported by her stunning Music Video, where Laura is seen wearing her trademark creations, whilst enchanting the viewer with her beautiful voice.
